Troubleshooting


I am not receiving alerts

We recommend checking the Alert Logs page of your AlertFleet account to see any possible issues generated while sending your notifications.

I haven’t received the verification email after signing up

After completing your registration, we send a verification email to your address.

However, especially with providers like Gmail, some mails from our address (no-reply@logether.cloud) might:

  • Take a few minutes to arrive.
  • End up in your Spam or Promotions folder.

Please check:

  • Your Spam or Junk folder.
  • The Promotions tab (if you use Gmail).
  • That your email address was entered correctly.

If you still haven’t received it after 10 minutes:

To ensure smooth delivery, add no-reply@logether.cloud to your address book or mark it as "Not spam".

I created a trigger, but View last 50 triggered lines is empty

This usually means no line has matched yet or the first match hasn’t been processed. Allow up to 60 seconds for the first matching event to appear.

I started a new trial, but it isn’t active yet

Trial activation may take up to a minute.
